Hi, I'm Sonci! A yoga and meditation instructor, avid explorer, kombucha enthusiast. I’m new to the Upstate after a 12 year stint in Portland, OR and brief jaunt through Kansas City, MO. Looking for nature and a fresh start, I now officially call Greenville my home!

For all my offerings, I hold the intention of healing and connection. I started dabbling in yoga and holistic wellness in my early twenties but it wasn’t until a solo, year-long backpacking trip through SE Asia that my yoga journey truly began. I loved that no matter where in the world you were, you could take a yoga class and share a common language with those around you through the yoga practices. Yoga allowed me to recognize my own inner light and to not give up on myself. Though it took me a couple years after my initial YTT to start teaching, I credit my primary teacher Rosie Acosta for guiding me to find my voice as an instructor. I've had the honor of sharing yoga in a variety of settings including offices, parks, trauma centers, studios and international retreats to name a few. It is such a gift to practice and share yoga, but even more so, to witness others on their yoga journeys. Every breath is an opportunity to begin again.
